Excellent panel. Even in the shade under a canopy, in daylight the panel produces 15.7 V at idle speed. In the sun at a temperature of 32 degrees, the panel produced 20.8V at idle speed. I haven't had a chance to test it under load yet; I'm waiting for the controller to arrive.

No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get more than 40 watts under direct sunlight without clouds (If half of the panel gets sunlight, the charge drops to 10-14 watts). The experiments were conducted in Yaroslavl in the summer, at temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius.
